Are there any minimum order values?
Each product is personalised to your requirements, so we don’t enforce any minimum order values or quantities.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
An order can only be cancelled if it hasn’t yet gone into production in our studio. We would advise to contact us as soon as possible, so that we can advise whether it can be cancelled.

How are postage charges calculated?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For delivery and priced accordingly with these charges.

Can we select a specific delivery day/time?
If you need to receive an item by a specific date please contact us before ordering so that we can advise whether this is possible.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, Ireland and internationally. Please contact us if outside of the UK before ordering.

Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept returns due to the nature of the products for sale. Please view our returns policy for more information.

What should I do if my customer has an issue with their order?
Please contact us and we will try to work with you and your customer to resolve the issue.
