Postage & Turnaround Times

  • We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 14 working days.
  • Orders placed on Bank Holidays or weekends will be processed the following day.  This may affect lead times.
  • For personalised orders, Wholesale Personalised Gifts can only commence work once edited prints, photographs and pictures have been received.  If there is a delay with sending these over to us turn-around times will be extended.  Lead-times will be taken from the date all correct information has been received.
  • For orders required urgently, please email us prior to ordering online.  There may be an additional fee for this service, especially during our busy periods.  Busy periods include, Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
  • During our busiest periods, lead times may be affected.  Wholesale Personalised Gifts will notify you if there is going to be a delay with your order as soon as we are aware of this.
  • Where goods are un-available we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible, within two working days.  This may indicate a delay with your order, which we will make you aware of.
  • All engraved orders will be via Signed For post.
  • Once your order has been dispatched Wholesale Personalised Gifts can not be held responsible for any postal delivery delays, which are beyond our control.
  • If you have not received your item within 5 working days, from the date you were sent your completion email, please contact us.  We reserve the right to wait 10 working days from dispatch before taking action on un-delivered items.
